I am not the type of person who runs to the doctor every time I feel a little ache or pain. After all, aches and pains are a part of life.

    I’m wondering if the author has tried this. A few years ago, this was suggested as an empathy test to show people how intense fibromyalgia pain is. It seems the only way this would work is that it hurts so much that it would distract you from whatever pain you are having.
